I found this company on Google. I called let him know my problem with my vehicle, he said send me your address I can be there in 15 minutes. Then he text me me and ask me what was the issue after I just explained to him on the phone. Dude wanted me to send him $175 up front before he came to my house. He should have said that to begin with. I have never in my life paid full price up front. Then in his messages he was a little smart when I told him I don't do that. Luckily I didn't go with this company because the issue ended up being minor and not even $175 worth. But I got it fix. And it wasn't my sunroof. No more mobile mechanic from Google. And since you said my local shop would be my best bet because I want giving you $175 up front. A mobile mechanic pulled up no charge. And I paid him for his service 😂

I have used this service twice. Both times they were fast, affordable and did great work. The convenience of getting the car fixed in the driveway is fantastic. Even had an emergency job on Sunday afternoon and he was at my house in 20 minutes with my car finished and ready to go.

Mohamed was a life saver. My car broke down in a parking deck where tow trucks could get to it. He came late night around 10:30pm and assessed the situation. The car could not be repaired that evening due to parts needed- radiator, serpentine belt, coolant, etc. The next day, he went and got the needed parts, even had to go back twice due to wrong parts being given originally. What really impressed me was his dedication to get the RIGHT part to make sure my car was fixed correctly. He even went to the dealership to get the correct belt for my model and he did not use the wrong size belt the auto parts store kept trying to tell him would work. His price was very fair and he regularly sent me updates. I highly recommend him as he was professional and totally trustworthy.

The service provided by Horus Mobile Mechanic is solid. Mohamed is an excellent mechanic who clearly loves what he does, and his customer-friendly attitude stands out. He replaced both front control arms and all four brakes and rotors on my 2014 Infiniti QX60 for a reasonable price. Not only was the price reasonable, but the quality of the work was also to my satisfaction. However, one thing I did notice was that he didn’t take time to perform a test drive after completing the replacements, especially considering the safety and importance of components like brakes. This step is crucial to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive after such significant work. Mohamed, please continue putting your customers first by making sure vehicles are thoroughly tested and safe for the road after completing jobs like this. Thanks again for your great service!
